All VPW terms (fall, spring, and summer) are tuition-free for current PWCS students. There will be no tuition fee starting with our summer 2026 term.

Middle School Students
Virtual Prince William (VPW) is a supplemental program that provides students the opportunity to earn high school credits through online courses. Our courses at VPW are full-credit high school-level courses.
To enroll in a course, all prerequisites for the course must be met. Due to this requirement, it is VPW's policy that the first time students can register for a virtual course is the summer before their freshman year of high school.

Non-Prince William County Students
Students from outside of Prince William County are not permitted to register for VPW courses. VPW courses are intended for current PWCS students only.
